MCM Runners Club
Runners who have successfully completed at least five Marine Corps Marathons are eligible to join the MCM Runners Club.

The Semper Fred 5k is a family-friendly, all ages event in historic Fredericksburg, the day BEFORE the Marine Corps Historic Half.

Therefore, the Marine Corps Marathon Organization is proud to offer the MCM Adopt-A-Mile Program. Help us keep neighborhoods clean by adopting a mile along the MCM course and we will donate up to $450 to your organization!
