MCM Four Star Package

The MCM Four Star Registration Package offers a stellar bundle of benefits starting with guaranteed entries to the 2024 MCM and to stay at the location of the MCM Health & Fitness Expo. This incredible comprehensive bundle includes entries, hotel nights, hospitality, transportation and more! Choose from packages based on length of stay, days of the week and one or two runners. All packages include a guaranteed MCM, MCM50K or MCM10K entry. Two runner package options offer a second entry for any of the MCM Weekend events.

Entries

Four Star Registration includes a guaranteed entry into the 49th MCM, MCM50K or MCM10K on October 27 and an option for a second guaranteed entry.

Hotel

The MCM Four Star Package includes options based on hotel night preference between Friday and Sunday of MCM Weekend:

• Two nights with one registration (Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun) – $1,910
• Two nights with two registrations (Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun) – $2,345
• Three nights with one registration (Fri-Sat-Sun) – $2,445
• Three nights with two registrations (Fri-Sat-Sun)- $2,910

Four Star runners will stay at the MCM headquarters hotel, the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center, located at the 300-acre National Harbor waterfront entertainment district and location of the MCM Health & Fitness Expo. The Gaylord National is just eight miles south of D.C. and only 15 minutes from the MCM start. Runners choose one or two beds in this first-class resort destination. Parking, shuttle to the MCM start and return Metro fare cards are included in the package. In addition to the Expo, the MCM Dining In will also be hosted at the Gaylord and included in the package.

The MCM Four Star Registration hosts runners at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center. Featuring a 19-story glass atrium overlooking the Potomac River, MCM Four Star runners will appreciate Gaylord National’s award-winning service, dining, shopping and entertainment and convenience to MCM Events – all under one roof. Guest rooms offer mini-fridge, coffee maker and two bottled waters per day. Bathrooms are beautifully appointed with granite countertops, dual-sinks, and marble floors. All hotel fees are included in the overall Package pricing including parking.

Events

Enjoy the ease and attention that comes with being a Four Star runner throughout MCM Weekend, like no waiting in lines!

Runners will enjoy an expedited Packet Pick-up process at the Health & Fitness Expo.

Four Star participants also receive a ticket to the MCM Dining In on Saturday, October 26 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Additional tickets to the MCM Dining In can be purchased as add-ons when registering.

On event morning, enjoy a Four Star Welcome Tent with light refreshments, private porta-potties and other appealing amenities at your start area.

Transportation

Parking at the Gaylord National Resort during your stay is included in the MCM Four Star package.

On the morning of the MCM, Four Star runners will be transported in a ‘Runners-Only’ shuttle directly to the Runners Village for MCM and MCM50K or the MCM10K start located at the National Mall in Washington DC. To return to the Gaylord, runners will be provided a Metro SmarTrip card for transportation from the Finish Festival in Rosslyn to the shuttles at Eisenhower Metro station that will return you directly to the Gaylord Hotel.

Additional metro passes can be purchased at the time of registration.

A limited number of Four Star packages are available now. Runners will receive a confirmation email following successful registration.

Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that there will be a hotel registration desk link contained in the email. This is where you will book your room. Please ensure that your stay matches the selection you inputted at the time of registering for the Four Star package.

Any Four Star Package inquiries prior to the week of the MCM should be directed to mcmcustomerservice@usmc-mccs.org. In October, Four Star runners will receive the e-card featuring the official bib number. Runners will present the e-card and receive a Four Star itinerary, other event tickets and amenities at the MCM Health & Fitness Expo.

The Four Star Package is non-refundable unless you have purchased the refundable Protect Group option at the time of registration. It is also non-transferrable and non-deferrable.
