What’s the MCM Runners bRUNch? Imagine all the nervous excitement and anticipation of Christmas Eve (in this case, though, flip from night to morning and from December 24 to October 29). Add a beautiful 3.1 mile run alongside the banks of Potomac River. Topped off with a good, hearty breakfast and a hilarious, insightful and inspiring talk featuring Bart Yasso of Runners World. When its over, take an easy stroll through the Gaylord to the MCM Health & Fitness Expo.
Spots are still available for runners and non-runners, family, friends and supporters to register for the Runners bRUNch on Saturday morning, October 29 at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. Enjoy this fun and active way to prep for the MCM day.
