The MCM is hosting two free marathon training workshops in early June featuring Olympian, famed marathon training guru and MCM Hall of Famer Jeff Galloway. Make plans to attend the MCM Galloway Workshop on Wednesday, June 1 at 6 p.m. at the United States Navy Memorial (701 Pennsylvania Avenue NW) in the nation’s capital or at Marine Corps Base Quantico on Thursday, June 2 at 11 a.m. in Breckinridge Hall (2076 South Street).
Ideal for first timers. Perfect for those pushing for a PR. A great investment of time for anyone hoping to avoid injury. The “Run-Walk” guru will offer valuable insights, humorous stories and motivational advice with amazing details and great clarity.
The Thursday, June 2nd Galloway Clinic will be hosted in conjunction with Packet Pick-up for Run Amuck, the four-mile mud and obstacle challenge to be held on Saturday, June 4.
