MCM’s messiest and muddiest event, Run Amuck, has expanded its color palette for the corresponding participant waves to facilitate a smooth start on June 4. With four and two mile versions of its course, Run Amuck will send runners into the hills of Quantico to encounter more than 20 obstacles and mud challenges. During registration, runners must chose from eight different wave start times. The participant field will be divided across eight 30-minute wave starts beginning with the 7 a.m. launch and concluding with the final 10:30 a.m. group. The new wave color scheme is:
7:00 a.m. – 7:30 a.m. Red
7:30 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. Yellow
8:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. Blue
8:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. Green
9:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. Orange
9:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Brown
10:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Purple
10:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Black
