healthy school awards

The MCM Kids Run hosts school groups from the Metro DC area, many from Northern Virginia, as part of the Healthy School Award challenge. The top five schools with the most registered student participants are honored with the Healthy School Award. This award includes a $1,000 monetary donation to the school’s physical education department from MCM partner Sodexo.

Annually, the ceremonial recognition of Healthy Schools include the presentation of a special award and healthy snacks for every student from Sodexo.
