Move through Packet Pick-up hosted at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center then explore more than 100,000 square feet of exhibits and booths. Admission to the Health & Fitness Expo presented by Cigna is free and welcomes participants, family members, friends, supporters, volunteers and general public.
Attendees arrive at the Expo from every state and more than 50 countries to sample nutritious food, try out the latest exercise equipment, test drive technology, explore recovery products and snap motivating selfies. The exhibit floor features sponsors, charities and vendors offering great giveaways, health screenings, literature and selling the latest products. The Expo also showcases several licensed vendors selling MCM-branded merchandise from apparel to art.

When & Where
Remember to bring the eCard to Packet Pick-up at the Health & Fitness Expo presented by Cigna, at the Gaylord National Resort (201 Waterfront Street) at National Harbor. The two-day event opens with an exciting ribbon breaking ceremony featuring the Marine Corps Base Quantico Ceremonial Platoon at 9:45 a.m. on Friday, October 25.
- Friday, October 25 - 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
- Saturday, October 26 - 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
In order to have a designated individual pick up the packet for a registered participant, the runner must sign his or her E-Card and provide the individual attending the Expo a photocopy of a Photo ID (driver’s license, government ID, passport). The proxy will be required to sign the form and also show and provide a photocopy of their own Photo ID.
The official MCM, MCM50K and MCM10K participant bibs feature the timing device attached to the reverse side of the bib. These must remain in place for proper timing to occur.
Emergency medical and contact information form is also on the back of the bib. All participants must complete this information.
The UPS Baggage Sticker will be attached to the reverse side of every bib. The sticker features the runner's bib number and the assigned UPS truck to be utilized for baggage drop off and pick up on event day. Carefully peel the front of the sticker off the backing and attached to the clear plastic bag to facilitate easy identification by UPS volunteers.
Safety practices will be in place at the Health & Fitness Expo as all attendees enter the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center through a screening point. Runners are required to visit the Expo during the hours listed to pick up event materials. There is no event day Packet Pick-up. Please bring a photo ID and eCard and plan travel accordingly.
The MCM will provide free shuttle service to the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center on Friday and Saturday from designated Metro stations. Participants and guests are instructed to utilize shuttles for easiest access to the Health & Fitness Expo.

To reduce traffic congestion, participants are encouraged to utilize Metro and the MCM Shuttle service to arrive at the Health & Fitness Expo at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center on Friday and Saturday, October 25-26.
Free roundrip shuttles will run from Eisenhower (yellow) and Van Dorn (Blue) Metro station to the Gaylord National Resort during the Expo hours.
Runners who opt to drive to the Expo may park at one of the three National Harbor garages or at the Gaylord National Resort. There is a fee for parking in National Harbor garages and at the Gaylord.
The Expo showcases hundreds of exhibitors featuring the latest running gear, recovery products, technology, exercise equipment, food and more. Purchase MCM licensed merchandise, grab great giveaways, check out MCM's participating charities and proud sponsors and snap motivating photo-ops and selfies. Featured vendors include Cigna's Health Improvement Tour, Leidos, Lululemon, USAA, Navy Federal Credit Union, Hyundai, MarathonFoto, HoneyStinger and everyone's first stop, the Brooks/MCM Store.
The MCM Brooks Running Store offers commemorative apparel, jackets and souvenirs featuring the MCM logo and USMC’s Eagle, Globe and Anchor. Event apparel for spectators is also available. Finisher Gear will be on sale at the Expo and on the Brooks website starting Friday, October 25 and in the Brooks/Pacers Running booth on Sunday, October 27 in the Finish Festival. Please note that apparel may not be available online after the MCM so the best way to access the full assortment of MCM Brooks products is to shop early at the Expo.
In the Packet Pick-up area of the MCM Health & Fitness Expo, AMVETS will collect gently used running shoes. AMVETS National Service Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that operates nationally to serve American Veterans who served our country. AMVETS has National Service Officers helping to "cut the red tape" when a veteran, or a veteran's dependent is attempting to obtain compensation and benefits from the Veterans' Administration. This service is at no charge to veterans. .
Toys for Tots
Start the season of giving at the MCM Health & Fitness Expo. The Expo is a toy drop location for Toys for Tots. Participants may wish to provide a new toy as part of this annual drive. The collection area will be on the main Expo floor.
