The Semper Fred 5K will start at 7:00 a.m. Once all runners have entered the course, the start line will close, and no runners will be allowed to run the event due to safety and support concerns. All runners must cross the finish line by 8:00 a.m.
Upon finishing the course, participants will get to enjoy the Healthy Lifestyle Expo, where finishers can visit the Recover Brands merch store to purchase apparel to celebrate your run. Don’t forget to stop by booths featuring our dedicated sponsors and as well as booths boasting a range of interests that are perfect for you.
