MCM Weekend hosts a series of free workshops on Friday, October 20 and Saturday, October 21 at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center. Hear from expert individuals and panels who will inform, educate, motivate and inspire in preparation for the MCM. The MCM Runners Conference is hosted in conjunction with the MCM Health & Fitness Expo and is conveniently just steps away from the expo hall. Review the schedule, plan your trip to the Expo and set aside the time to attend one or more MCM Runners Conference sessions.
MCM Runners Conference sessions are free, however, due to the limited space, runners and guests must pre-register for each event. Attendees may choose multiple sessions, but must register separately for each.
Chas Henry, a Washington, D. C.-based broadcast journalist, combat-decorated former Marine and member of the MCM Hall of Fame, will moderate the MCM Runners Conference panels.
