Runners Conference

MCM Weekend hosts a series of free speaker sessions on Friday, October 26 and Saturday, October 27 at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center. Hear from experts, insiders and MCM Hall of Famers, who will inform, educate, motivate and inspire.

The MCM Runners Conference is hosted within the MCM Health & Fitness Expo presented by Cigna on the exhibit floor in Hall C. Review the schedule, plan your trip to the Expo and set aside the time to attend one or more MCM Runners Conference sessions. There's no admission fee. Runners and guests may reserve a seat in advance or drop in during MCM Weekend should seating be available.

MCM Runners Conference sessions are free, however, due to the limited space, runners and guests can pre-register for each event. Attendees may choose multiple sessions, but must register separately for each.

(Dr.) Mark Cucuzzella is a Professor at West Virginia University School of Medicine and recent inductee into the MCM Hall of Fame. He designs programs to promote healthier and better running in the military. He's a competitive runner for over 35 years with more than 100 marathon and ultramarathon finishes.
