Make plans to attend the MCM Galloway Workshop on Wednesday, June 1 at 6 p.m. at the United States Navy Memorial (701 Pennsylvania Avenue NW) in the nation’s capital or at Marine Corps Base Quantico on Thursday, June 2 at 11 a.m. in Breckinridge Hall (2076 South Street).
Ideal for first timers. Perfect for those pushing for a PR. A great investment of time for anyone hoping to avoid injury. The “Run-Walk” guru will offer valuable insights, humorous stories and motivational advice with amazing details and great clarity.
The Thursday, June 2nd Galloway Clinic will be hosted in conjunction with Packet Pick-up for Run Amuck, the four-mile mud and obstacle challenge to be held on Saturday, June 4.
