Finish Festival

The excitement of completing the 38th MCM and MCM10K will be celebrated in the post-race Finish Festival in Rosslyn from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Finish Festival allows the entire community to enjoy the post-race activities alongside the runners and their fans.  Essential services, food, including a Restaurant Row that includes several Rosslyn eateries, live music, sponsor displays, entertainment and giveaways await runners and spectators as they make their way down Meade Street from the finish area.

After visiting the hospitality zone at the completion of the marathon, runners will advance to the Finish Festival along Meade Street. Download the Finish Festival map.

FINISH FESTIVAL SERVICES
Family Link Up – N. Lynn St. between Wilson Blvd. and 19th Street. Runners and their support crew will meet in Family Link Up, part of the Finish Festival along N. Lynn Street between Wilson Blvd. and 19th Street. The MCM recommends choosing the first letter of the runner’s last name as the pre-planned location to reunite. The link-up areas are designated by 13-foot tall, yellow towers with letters of the alphabet prominently displayed.

Info/Medical Tent – Dark Star Park at corner of Fairfax Drive and Fort Myer Drive. For anyone seeking runner information including medical updates, visit the Information Tent presented by HP in the Finish Festival. The tent, marked by a large yellow tower, is located at the intersection of Fort Myer and Fairfax Drives in Rosslyn, VA.

Phone Calls by Verizon Wireless - Need to contact your family or friends after the race? Don't have phone to call them? Need to charge your phone? Stop by the Verizon Wireless Display in the Finish Festival and call family or friends using a 4G device from Verizon Wireless. Stop by the Verizon Wireless booth to check out the latest 4G LTE devices. Verizon Wireless Street Team members will be happy to help all MCM Finishers!

UPS Baggage Pick-Up – Wilson Blvd. between Lynn & Kent Streets. Expect a complete brown out along Wilson Boulevard, when over 30 UPS trucks and the team in brown host the baggage retrieval area for runners. Each runner will be assigned a truck for pre-race baggage drop-off in Runners Village. The designated truck number will be noted on a sticker attached to each runner’s bib. Pick up any checked bags from the very same UPS truck that relocated from Runners Village race morning to the Finish Festival.

TRANSPORTATION
Shuttles - Runners can board the Rosslyn-to-Crystal City shuttle on Wilson Boulevard at the corner of North Oak Street. Shuttles will return runners and spectators to 23rd and Crystal Drive in Crystal City, convenient to free parking, Metro’s Blue and Yellow lines and lots of restaurants.

Metro - The Rosslyn Metro station, located on North Moore Street, is on the Orange and Blue lines. In response to the large crowds in Rosslyn during Marathon afternoon, the MCM has added additional Metro train service to the blue line. This means, four trains (three blue and one orange) will arrive in Rosslyn every 15 minutes. Thank you in advance for your patience while exiting on Marathon day.

Taxi - Taxi service will be available from the corner of North Lynn and 19th Streets, just down the block from Family Link-up.
