The Turkey Trot 10K rolls through Marine Corps Base Quantico's tree-lined, winding roads and wraps back along the Potomac River. The Turkey Trot boasts a start and finish adjacent behind Lejeune Hall. Parking is available in multiple locations near the start and finish line. Please do not park in the Lejeune Hall parking lot on Catlin Avenue or at the Crossroads Inn on Russell Road.
The Turkey Trot 10K utilizes Chronotrack Timing Systems, Inc. to record the results of runners. Each runner is provided a Disposable Timing Tag (B-tag) as part of their race materials. The B-Tag is a disposable UHF RFID tag that stays mounted on the runner’s bib.
Russell Road will close at 8:15 a.m. on the morning of the Turkey Trot 10K. All runners arriving after this time must use the main gate at exit 150 from I95 to access the event location. There will be no access to the start line from the Quantico entrance off exit 148 after 8:15 a.m.
