Course
Beginning just minutes after the Marine Corps Historic Half, participants will enjoy the 3.1 mile course and are invited to take in the amusement and excitement of race day activities, including the Healthy Lifestyle Expo. The Semper Fred 5K will begin at 7:15 a.m.
Semper Fred starts and finishes near the Fredericksburg Expo & Conference Center on Carl D. Silver Parkway. Download the course map.
TIMING
The Semper Fred 5K utilizes Chronotrack Timing Systems, Inc. to record the results of runners. Each runner is provided a Disposable Timing Tag (B-tag) as part of their race materials. The B-Tag is a disposable UHF RFID tag that stays mounted on the runner’s bib.
