Healthy Lifestyle Expo

All journeys through Fredericksburg during Historic Half Weekend begin at the Healthy Lifestyle Expo. Free and open to the public, the Healthy Lifestyle Expo including Packet Pick-up for the Half, 10K and 5K will be held on Friday, May 16 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday, May 17 from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Fredericksburg Expo & Conference Center (2371 Carl D. Silver Parkway, Fredericksburg, VA  22401). Expo opening ceremonies commence at 3:30 p.m. on Friday with pageantry and prizes.  Plenty of free parking is available.

At the Expo, Historic Half, Historic 10K and Semper Fred 5K participants will pick up their packets including the official bib with timing device, competitor shirt and event program. Guests are invited to visit over 70 vendor booths covering a range of activities and interests.

Featured stops in the Expo include:
-Historic Half store offers Historic Half-branded apparel and souvenirs with epic designs
-Lasting Commemoratives original Historic Half art and personalized items
-the interactive Mary Washington Healthcare booth
-GEICO provides great giveaways and a visit with the famous GEICO Gecko
-Pohanka Nissan's camouflaged-covered Nissan Frontier
-Trigger Point Dry Needling therapy demonstrations on Saturday afternoon by Select Physical Therapy...and much more from University of Mary Washington, MarathonFoto and First Command.  Half marathoners can sign up for event morning kinesio taping courtesy of Select Physical Therapy.

Historic Half Speakers Square

Located within the main exhibit hall, the Historic Half Speakers Square hosts running experts, entertainment, demonstrations and celebrity meet & greets.

All Historic Half, Historic 10K and Semper Fred participants are required to attend Packet Pick-up, located within the Healthy Lifestyle Expo to obtain the official bib with timing device and technical competitor shirt. Runners are required to bring the e-Card and a photo ID to Packet Pick-up.

Runners are highly encouraged to pick up their own race materials and to verify personal information.

Can I send someone to pick up my bib?  The individual picking up the bib for a registered runner must present a hard copy of the completed e-Card with a copy of the runner's photo ID, as well as a copy of his/her ID.  Please be sure to obtain the runner's preferred  shirt size.  E-Cards are emailed to the registered runner before the event.  Parents may sign waiver and retrieve packets for their children under 18 years of age.

Packet Pick-up is not available on event morning.

The Healthy Lifestyle Expo showcases running, wellness, fitness and diet while offering runners and guests the products, information, interactions and samples to expand and accelerate fitness goals.
