BIBS AND TIMING
Runners will line up by expected finish time on the start line and will be able to choose their appropriate corral on race morning. Bib numbers are not related to corral assignments. The Marine Corps Historic Half utilizes Chronotrack Timing Systems, Inc. to record the results of runners. Each runner is provided a Disposable Timing Tag (B-tag) as part of their race materials. The B-Tag is a disposable UHF RFID tag that stays mounted on the runner’s bib.

Runners should use the bag they obtained at Packet Pick-up to store personal items during the race. Check the bag at the Baggage Area at the Fredericksburg Expo & Conference Center prior to the race and retrieve baggage from the same location afterwards.
Marines and volunteers will check and store the bags and facilitate the return of bags with proper verification and bib number. As a backup, participants are encouraged to enclose a business card or some other form of identification.
