BIBS AND TIMING
Runners will line up by expected finish time on the start line and will be able to choose their appropriate corral on race morning. Bib numbers are not related to corral assignments. The Marine Corps Historic Half utilizes Chronotrack Timing Systems, Inc. to record the results of runners. Each runner is provided a Disposable Timing Tag (B-tag) as part of their race materials. The B-Tag is a disposable UHF RFID tag that stays mounted on the runner’s bib.

BAGGAGE
Runners should use the bag they obtained at Packet Pick-up to store personal items during the race. Check the bag at the Baggage Area at the Fredericksburg Expo & Conference Center prior to the race and retrieve baggage from the same location afterwards. Backpacks or other baggage will not be accepted. Marines and volunteers will check and store the bags and facilitate the return of bags with proper verification and bib number. As a backup, participants are encouraged to enclose a business card or some other form of identification. The US Marine Corps and the Marine Corps Historic Half are not responsible for valuables placed in storage.
Historic 10K and Semper Fred 5K runners should check their bags at the respective event start lines and not at the Expo & Conference Center. The baggage trucks will relocate from the 10K and 5K start lines to the finish for easy retrieval.
